The A.I. Certified Agent™ designation is an accredited real estate certification that trains REALTORS® to understand, evaluate, and responsibly apply artificial intelligence tools across every phase of the buying and selling process.
Not every agent can call themselves A.I. Certified. The designation requires completing a formal curriculum covering machine learning fundamentals, predictive analytics, AI-powered market analysis, automated valuation models (AVMs), and the ethical use of AI in real estate transactions.
