Why Growth at eXp Is Different
Production
Your core business still comes first. eXp's model is built around agent production, transactions, and business growth. Everything else follows from that foundation.
Agent Attraction
When productive agents join eXp and name you as their sponsor, you may participate in eXp's Sustainable Revenue Share Plan, subject to eXp rules, qualifications, and production requirements.
Equity Opportunities
eXp offers multiple equity opportunities, including stock awards and optional stock participation programs, subject to official eXp program rules and eligibility requirements.

How Depth Factors Work in This Model
Tiers 3 through 7 apply conservative depth decay factors that reflect real-world patterns where attraction activity declines at each deeper level. Tier 3 runs at 50 percent of Tier 2 efficiency. Tier 4 at 35 percent. Tier 5 at 25 percent. Tier 6 at 18 percent. Tier 7 at 12 percent. These are modeling assumptions, not eXp policy. Actual results depend entirely on the activity, productivity, and leadership of agents at each level.

How eXp Revenue Share Works — Educational Overview
eXp Realty's revenue share plan is one of the most discussed aspects of the eXp model. Here is a plain-language overview of how it works, based on publicly available information.
- eXp pays revenue share from company dollar generated by qualifying transactions completed by agents in your organization.
- Revenue share is paid by eXp Realty, not by the sponsored agent.
- Revenue share is tied to productive agents, qualifying transactions, active sponsor relationships, and eXp program rules.
- Agents must remain eligible, active, and in good standing to participate.
- Revenue share may be earned until the producing agent reaches their annual cap for that transaction year.
- Revenue share is not guaranteed and requires successful sales efforts, active production, qualified sponsorship relationships, and compliance with all eXp policies.
- Full details of the eXp revenue share plan are available at exprealty.com.
